Holmewood Ridge, Langton Green

Holmewood Ridge is a three-storey family home built on a rural plot in Langton Green, Kent — set within mature grounds that demanded as much attention as the building itself. The staircase is a defining feature of the interior — crafted in oak, it draws the eye from the entrance hall and sets the standard for everything that follows. Underfloor heating runs throughout all three floors, providing an even, efficient warmth that is both practical and unobtrusive. Every room benefits from natural light managed through considered window placement.

The grounds were finished with Chilstone garden ornaments — a nod to the classical tradition that suits the setting well. This is a home built for long-term family life, with the durability of construction and quality of finish to match.
