The Team
David Geal – Owner and Managing Director. A bricklayer by trade, David is renowned in the Kent and Sussex area for his previous works and projects. For the past 40 years, David has built numerous homes either to specification of client, or for resale on completion. Being a traditionally taught tradesmen, David’s keen eye for detail and quality ensures that no corner is cut, and no poor workmanship is passed on any of his sites. Although not actively laying bricks himself these days, David is frequently visiting his various sites at the same time as looking for his next project.
With a portfolio as strong as that of David Geal’s and many years of experience in local projects, we have earned an enviable reputation as a dependable, no-nonsense developer that consistently delivers rock-solid results and within budget.
