The Langton Green project involved both a full internal renovation of a Victorian detached property and the addition of a carefully considered single-storey extension to the rear — expanding the kitchen and living areas while maintaining the character of the original building.

The existing fabric was stripped back where necessary and rebuilt to current standards — insulation, electrics, plumbing, and plastering throughout. The kitchen was entirely new: a bespoke fitted design with integrated appliances, new flooring, and a connection to the extension that makes the rear of the house feel open and light.

Every bathroom in the house was replaced. New sanitaryware, new tiling, new fittings — each one designed to a consistent standard and installed with the care that finish-sensitive spaces require. The clients were delighted with the result and have since recommended D Geal Contractors to their neighbours.
